Welcome to Cleaning West! By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Cleaning West offers residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Los Angeles County. Service specifics, availability, and pricing may vary based on location, type of property, and service scope.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a cancellation charge.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.

5. Liability

  • While our staff is trained and insured, Cleaning West is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Items not disclosed as fragile

    • Unsecured valuables

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property.

6. Access & Safety

Clients must ensure:

  • Cleaners have access to the premises during scheduled times.

  • The property is safe and free of hazards.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or staffing

  • Modify our terms or services with reasonable notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cleaning West website—including text, images, and branding—is the property of Cleaning West and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in local courts within Los Angeles County.
